Credent Advisory (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our') respects everyone’s right to privacy and values the personal information that we gather and look after.

For clients and industry colleagues we collect and process your contact details which we’ll use while we’re working with you. From time to time we may contact you about events.
We will keep contact details until you ask us not to, or withdraw your consent.
Where clients provide us with any personal data as part of a project, we aim to keep personal information to the minimum necessary. We’ll delete it when we no longer need it. If we act as a processor on behalf of one of our clients, we will only keep the data for the duration of the project in question.
How do we keep your personal information secure?
We take our responsibilities to safeguard personal information seriously, and take all reasonable precautions to protect data from loss, theft or misuse. That includes keeping computer equipment secure, with controlled access and use of secure internet connections when collecting personal information.

If someone asks to see their data, or asks us to delete their data, as described above, we may ask them for proof of identity. This is to protect data from misuse, and to keep our data accurate.
